1. Saeb Tabriz Steel Industry Company

Saeb Tabriz Steel Industry Company operates on a site with an area of 82.900 square meters and consists of three production lines, with the rebar unit commissioned on March 25, 2018 (1397/09/20).

The main products of this company include various steel sections such as profiles, ribbed and plain rebars. In this unit, steel billets are initially heated in reheating furnaces up to 1,200°C, followed by a continuous rolling process. After forming into steel sections and completing quality control processes, the products are packaged and delivered to domestic and international markets.

2. Sahand Ajabshir Steel Revival Company

will be constructed on a site with a built-up area of 64,328 square meters, comprising two production lines. The iron ore reduction process is carried out using tunnel kilns, based on the direct reduction method. In this process, sized iron ore is reduced inside tunnel kilns using non-coking coal, converting it into sponge iron. For this purpose, iron ore fines, coal content, lime and/or dolomite are reduced in tunnel kilns at a temperature of approximately 1,200°C.

Azar Saeb Azerbaijan Steel Company is engaged in participation in companies, complexes, projects, and industrial, production, and service units for the purpose of establishment, commissioning, or development of such entities.

To achieve its objectives, the company may undertake the following activities:

Design, engineering, investment participation, consultancy, and execution of projects related to the construction and development of factories and production, industrial, agricultural, residential, commercial, and civil units; industrial and civil installations; steel warehouses; industrial sheds; and elevated steel structures.

Activities also include smelting, casting, reduction, and rolling of plain and ribbed rebars; square and plain steels; various T-sections, angles, channels, and flat bars; conducting all authorized commercial and service activities including purchase, sale, export, import, distribution, and production of commercial goods; acquisition of shares of legal and natural entities; obtaining financial and credit facilities (foreign currency and rial) from domestic and international banks and financial institutions; participation in tenders and auctions; execution of all Islamic contracts with governmental and private organizations, ministries, and institutions; cooperation and contracting with municipalities and semi-governmental bodies; granting and obtaining representation and licenses; establishment of branches inside or outside the country; participation in domestic and international exhibitions; customs clearance of required goods; production, processing, and distribution of all ferroalloys; feasibility studies, exploration, registration, extraction, exploitation, and processing of mines; trade of raw and processed mineral materials; and quantitative and qualitative analysis of minerals and establishment of relevant laboratories after obtaining necessary permits.

4. Ajabshir Steel Industry Smelting Company

Ajabshir Steel Industry Smelting Company is currently under construction on a site with a built-up area of 11,825 square meters.

The raw materials of this unit consist of a combination of sponge iron, scrap iron, and additives, melted in a 75-ton electric arc furnace with a tap-to-tap time of 45 minutes. The unit is also equipped with a ladle furnace for secondary steelmaking and a four-strand continuous casting machine. All equipment is controlled through an industrial automation system.

This plant is capable of producing various types of steel billets and blooms in different grades.
